We are off to Gran Canarie for two weeks then a week in Italy visiting our daughter. Can't wait to see our granddaughter and grandson. It's our golden wedding anniversary on Saturday. At our wedding I weighed 8st 3 lb. Slowly slowly the weight just went up . Guess it's going take a while to lose it, though I would be happy to be 10 st. I choose a hotel at the top of a hill so hopefully I won't gain to much. I must stay away from pasta bread and potatoes.
194.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
