Did without snacking at midnight; going to do it one day at a time. Had a nice free breakfast at Heritage Woods this morning; topped pancakes of with strawberries. Gave my sausage links to my husband. Enjoy breakfast tremendously. :)

I hear ya one day at a time for me as well my night time cheating is killing me. Just so badly want to hit my goal weight it feels when I get close I cheat. Hope you have an amazing week.

Thanks Sheri for you comment on my journal. I think I really do sabotage myself; just worry won't be able to maintain my goal when I do get there. That's a stupid thought; I should worry about it then. Won't get there if I keep this up. You've done so well; saw 145lbs. a month or so ago. That's great and you look so good!
