Holding steady in phase 1? this msakes zero sense to me & I am following plan 100%! Ideas?
185.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 73.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Are you getting enough sleep? I find that it is a key element to dropping the pounds, and it makes each day more vibrant. Can't beat that. Hang in there and the pounds will drop.

How are you measuring your success? If you are using the scale, it is not an accurate indicator of how well you are doing. If you are exercising, then you are building muscle and it will not show up on the scale and it may even make you weigh more. The best way to see is to go try on a piece of clothing that's been snug and see how it fits. I tried on a pair of pants and they were actually too big so I had to go to the next size! Hooray!

What meds are you on. I have problems with losing anything due to my meds. You also are most likely losing inches have you recorded your measurements yet?

The above suggestions are all great. I also believe that taking your measurements once a week is a good indicator of how you are doing. Try and do it at the same time of day each week and see how you do. Sometimes I have weeks where I lose 0 weight but will lose inches, which still means a smaller me!! Be patient. You really can't expect to be losing a pound every day. It sure is nice when it happens, but it isn't going to happen all of the time. You may want to start weighing yourself only once a week so that you don't get discouraged. Remember, you really can do this. It isn't just about the weight, it's about your long term health.

I appreciate everyone's support- i actually didn't leep enough the past few days. Last nite i stayed up to prepare for work and two nights ago, while i was de-toxing sugar (again-ugh) I lost my mind and was screaming at my little 6 pound yorkie juliette for waking me up. (i did feel terrible after that) so maybe it is the sleep. I wil try to do all of the above suggestions as I have to get past this without throwing the towel in.
