Long day today. I had an order to pick up and deliver and one to pick one. Over 150 miles of driving, I hate driving plus my a/c is out in my car. Oh well, I still got my walk in and got to go out to lunch today, a place that I've been talking about going to for 2 years. They have a pretty good menu plus they serve almost everything with rice, kale, or spaghetti squash. I picked the squash with just some sauteed steak. It was pretty good, I'm not sure it was worth the price though. I picked up 5 guys for the hubby and son for dinner and I ate 1 single fry. Funny thing though, after I got home the son put his burger that he thought the dog couldn't get to it. Nope, the dog ate his burger in a few seconds (and a few of the fries) so he got hubby's burger and I cooked for hubby instead.
No weight loss again today, at this point I'm expecting a whoosh soon. Water is good, carbs are on point, calories are fine, whoosh happen!
