Woke at 202.6, up .6 from yesterday after a 1000 calorie day but one where I ate some snacks very late. Not exactly IF! Targeting around 1630 calories today. UPDATE: Worked at my computer all day and did not get my steps in so having to do it late! Got in 2.7 miles before dinner and will try to get the rest of 5 after dinner. Got a friend coming to stay overnight so it depends on what I can get in before he arrives (ended up with 4.4 miles). Ate 2032 calories today, so definitely enjoyed my full calorie day. Will go light again tomorrow.

It's the set point I reckon, it keeps pulling you back up, persevere and it will suddenly let go. Plus it could be hormones - men have hormones too.
