managing to stick to the diet this week. am being strong. not caving into food even if i feel sick with hunger. i dont cave in. and am managing to slowly make my dinner portions smaller although it is so hard. my mum makes such good food. but am failing with the exercise. it is just so horrible outside. the only time i step out the door is to run for the car.
