Lost it after end of phase one. Ate bad, real bad. Didnt weigh in. Was too ashamed. Went back up to 190 and now i'm back on phase 1 and back down to 185. Working out 3-5 times a week still and walking some evenings.
185.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

well, as long as you get your act back in gear, its all good! don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat too, so the more you work out, the less your number might go down, but at least you are toning up!
