Happy spring guys!
Starting Monday with a 16 hour fast to start my low carb journey.
I am following the grain brain protocol which is still paleo, but focusing on lower carbs for the first 4 weeks about 30-40g.
After 4 weeks I can up my carbs to 60g.
My biggest concern is to see how my energy levels are during my 2 training days. Hopefully I can eat enough fat so I dont feel like crap on those days during the first 4 weeks.
I think this will help kick start my weight issue and get me going to lose some fat before summer.
