[i]I have been having some health problems for the last few months. Due to some bad fibromyalgia flare ups and muscle pain with weakness in my legs I have been unable to exercise. The stress of this has caused sleep problems and some depression. I am trying to get back to a healthy weight in hopes this will help my legs. I signed up for the Weight Watchers Points Plus 2012 diet plan Wednesday night and started the diet Thursday. I hope that by going to meetings and using the tools I will be able to succeed in losing weight and keeping it off. [i]
