Up today!!! lol guess last few days were a fluke! Ate a late dinner last night...that probably didn't help me out any! oh well, I'll still take it!!! As long as I'm staying under 130, I won't complain!!!
128.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
