My weight has stayed the same for the last three days. I had upped my calories to the 1500 range on the recomendation of my dr. I think I am going back to the 1200 range. I do not like being induction and not loosing any weight.

1417 kcal Fat: 99.84g | Prot: 101.52g | Carb: 29.69g.   Breakfast: golden flax seed, Atkins Advantage Milk Chocolate Delight Shake. Lunch: coconut oil, great value sharp cheese, diced tomatoe with green chil, whipping cream, eggs. Dinner: kraft italian dressing, hidden valley ranch, diced tomato with green chili, shredded iceburg lettuce, great value sharp cheese, chicken breast. more...
