I found eating some banana before going to the gym helps my blood sugar stays stable, and not making me feel dizzy after working out.

but my stomach feels heavy and the two sides of my belly felt little sore during working out, so I probably should eat the banana 30 mins before going to the gym.

I had a good work out, did 60 mins elliptical, burnt 360 kcal and was sweating.

I am going to bed early today and work out in the morning instead of at night.


I only had one serving of fruit today, gotta eat more tomorrow.

KEEP MOVING,
KEEP DRINKING WATER
KEEP EATING VEGETABLE/FRUIT
KEEP STUDYING!!
