I work in a Library...where people love to feed eachother. Sometimes it's good, like clementines or other fruits that spontaneously appear... however, today an entire tray of pastry showed up in our break room. I'm hoping lots of it is gone before I go down to eat my soup for lunch.

Any mantras or suggestions for avoiding a sweet sitting 2 inches from your plate?
