I've discovered, trying to follow a structured diet plan just diesn't work in this house! Steve is unwilling to commit to any type of diet. Refuses in fact, to admit we need to be more careful of our daily eating habits. I am determined to continue without him! However, I have to follow my own diet, and count calories and watch my fat, sugar and salt intake.

The truth is we all have to follow our own weight loss journey. You cannot make someone else lose weight. Each person has to decide when they are ready. So you follow your diet plan. If your the cook, you choose what to make and how to make it. If anyone doesn't like it, they can cook it themselves. Hopefully, when they see how amazing you look and how healthy your getting, everyone will get on board. Good luck!
