10st 3 (3.5 off at WW) 24.7% fat. Relieved to lose this week tho at WW hadn't eaten and last week had had pancakes before weigh in, so I'm not sure how much that would really have been. Had a week of diligently following the WW no count, but a couple of days this week I've switched to counting knowing that I'd be having several off-list foods. At least things starting to go in right direction so got to keep it up now!
143.1 lb Lost so far: 35.9 lb.    Still to go: 11.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
