After the sneezing and runny nose yesterday I'm not surprised my throat is killing me and I have a headache. First cold on this WOE and I've heard people crave carbs when sick. Made myself eat a serving of cottage cheese, popped a couple nyquil caps, and I'm going back to bed. Did go down on the scale but I feel so nasty its just a little hurrah for the moment. Explains why I've been holding on to water though, fighting off this crud is hard work.
252.8 lb Lost so far: 51.2 lb.    Still to go: 92.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cook some chicken and drink the broth - natural antibiotic. Hope you feel better soon.

I slept because of the Nyquiil but ended up being awake enough to make it to work. How long I'll stay I'm not sure but at least I made it in. Chicken broth sounds tasty. Hmm. Stupid sinuses.
