Today is going to be a great day!! A few games of Badminton followed by a swim then my hot stone massage - a treat for myself!!

Of course then the kids come home and its bedlam x x But until then its going to be a great day x x

I'm not thinking about food all the time now so I am in a good place with Atkins x x
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
