Blah.....was so happy lost 3 pounds....but then was feeling really weak....i am slightly anemic. so I ended up eating a cheeseburger happy meal :( :( i know I did not go past my calories but I am so disappointed in myself. I did not want to eat meat let alone that garbage. i just needed it. tomorrow will be a new day. will eat healthy and take a walk. wish i wasn't feeling so blah.
