another good day so far dietwise. Gonna have a movie night with DH and we are having pizza but I made myself some little mini quiches and meatloaf in the oven too..low carb of course so i can skip the pizza. Made enough for the next few days. Bought some low carb bars bc its either that or ice cream if a craving hits and it will bc it always does on movie night, Im prepared.. im saving my cheat for a handful of popcorn.. or not.. not sure yet bc I really want to stay under 200 and a weight in on Saturday..BUT on a side note I just ordered my "burn the fat, feed the muscle" .. gets here tomorrow AND I already got my copy of "rediscovering the greatest human strength:willpower" by roy baumeister, thank you Frosty H for the recommendation.. excited about both books.. Anyhoo, have a good rest of the evening everyone. !

Fat head pizza is pretty good, my family eats it and my 15 year old even requests it. Low carb and not hard to make. Pizza night could be back.

Planning and making ahead makes all the difference. Otherwise it's so hard to resist treats that others are eating right in front of you. Good work, Red!

Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle is my favorite book by Tom Venuto. I listen to it as an audio book over and over - he is very motivating for me and the information is sound.

Low carb protein bars are handy little guys. I try to keep one in my purse all the time.

I bought some from Bulletproof. They are yummy, but at 13 carbs that's more than half my daily allotment, so still too high. And I have 11 more in my cupboard - not cheap.

wanna , love the quest bars too but at my store they are 2/5.00 .. pricey lol.. I get them once in a while bc they are too dense for my liking..Atkins are not my favorites and everyone knows i call them "fart bars" for obvious reasons but hey rather a fart than a cheat right hahaha..
