Good workout today --30 mins cardio plus my new weight lifting routine. I'm tired right now, but it'll be fine I'm sure.
So far I've been very very cautious about my phase 2 diet, have really been on phase 1 this whole time (1 month plus) with some small lapses. I think this weekend I'll start letting myself have cereal for breakfast and later re-introduce some fruit.
Besides the Kashi cereal that looks like twigs, what other cereal do folks recommend? Shredded wheat ok? Bran chex? Some other kashi type thing?

I like Bear Naked Granola. It's getting to be pretty widely available, I've seen it in Target, Fred Meyers (Krogers for those of you in the east), and Safeway. They make 2 varieties of low sugar cereal. Both contain only naturally occuring sugar, none added.

I love oatmeal. It's VERY filling and I think it's on phase II if you get the kind without sugar added.
