Hermiones Mom's Journal, 08 March 2017

I'm really having trouble managing hunger these days. I'm hungry a lot, even though it seems like I am eating a lot of food. I mean I'm not binging or anything, but I'm eating what should be plenty of food to keep me full, yet I find myself hungry. I am pretty sure my weight is fairly stable, although I haven't had the nerve to weigh myself since before my birthday celebrations began. But my clothes fit fine, so the most I could have gained is a couple of pounds. The two biggest changes in the past couple of months has been the change in my levothyroxine dosage, and I'm wondering if that's really made a difference, if I'm burning more calories and so I'm hungrier, and the fact that ofr the past two weeks since the kidney stone episode, I've been drinking a lot more fluids, which should keep me fuller, right?

Next week, assuming I continue to feel as well as I do now, I'm going to bump up my exercise. Don't know how that will affect how hungry I feel, but I know that when I was exercising regularly, I had more energy, and I slept better, so I want to get back into that routine. Who knows? -- maybe if I do enough exercise, those stupid kidney stones will exit finally.

I can so relate, I feel like I'm always hungry, but Im totally eating enough. i swear I could easily eat 5000 calories
