Back on the ball.

Healthy eating today, ran a 5k. Added about 9 minutes to my previous best 5k time back in May-11, but the longest journey begins with a single step.
228.5 lb Lost so far: 31.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
