Don't put a number out there...BUT...at least TRY to lose 5 to 10 lbs per month....Every Month...for sure 5 lbs. per month. KEEP MY BODY MOVING...TO STAY AWAY FROM GETTING MORE CRUNCHY AND STIFF. Goal is to have MORE ENERGY...FEEL GOOD EVERY DAY...and Look Good in My Clothes...Especially This Summer and Always. I WOULD LIKE TO FEEL STRONG AS WELL. STAY ON TASK...EXERCISE 3 to 5 TIMES PER WEEK for AT LEAST 45 MIN.PER TIME ON EITHER THE TREADMILL OR STATIONARY BIKE THING. TRY TRY TRY TO STAY UNDER 1000 CALORIES PER DAY. LIMIT THE AMOUNT OF ALCOHOL PER WEEK...IT JUST CHANGES YOUR METABOLISM.
