Been falling asleep right after dinner. no energy to exercise. I think i'm eating too many carbs. have to start exercising but can't find the time. early in the morning doesn't work. i work 9 hours a day. when i get home, i cook dinner, clean up, help with homework, pack up for the next day, and it's 9 o'clock and all i want to do is sit on the couch...when do other full time working moms squeeze in their work outs?
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
