So... I have seriously gotten off to a rocky start. My daughter and myself have been really sick all year. I think last week was the worst b/c my daughter got sick and turned out she had RSV and her 7th ear infection, then on top of that, I have been catching flack at work for all of this. To say the least, it has been very stressful, w/ no sleep, lack of energy, and stress eating out of this world. Gotta get back on track b/c I need to be healthy for my daughter b/c she needs me. It depresses me when I'm too tired to play with her. One positive is that I was able to work out for 20 minutes last week. That's the one bright side I can be proud of. Small things I guess. This week, I have my meal plan in place, I have daily schedule to stick by. With structure in all of this craziness, hopefully I can do better this week.
207.2 lb Lost so far: 2.8 lb.    Still to go: 32.2 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
