I don't understand why I only lost .2 lb this week. I followed the plan reasonably well. I CAN say that I didn't work out one bit so I guess I didn't follow plan since the plan required me to earn 14 pts of exercise this week. I can also say that drinking 4 glasses of wine during the weekend probably contributed to this problem, however, it was within my 49 flex points so I didn't think it would affect things but maybe it did... I'm going to stick to plan this week and not use my 49 flex points. I am also starting to walk 30 mins. during my lunch hour as of today. I had an awful problem with leg nerve pain this weekend and my doc prescribed some anti-inflammatory steroids...I hope this doesn't interfere with my weight-loss this week.... Wish me luck!!!
