ANOTHER REST DAY..goood morning ..another day off..a good thing..internet works when it wants to..internet was down most of yesterday so didnt even think about getting on zwift to ride..well did think about it..but took day off like i had planned..so gotta call internet place today an tell them my signal isnt like it should be..an hear from them...o its working just fine on this end..then they say well we will send someone out..you ask for a time..well today or tomow sometime..i mean like they use to be able to give you a time..now its lets keep you in the dark an make you stay home to wait on them..and its not just the internet place..everyone is like that anymore..and they get by with it...

ok..done with that topic...now for the scales..nothing to report..not up..not down..the same..told me sister yesterday i was about ready to put scales in the bathroom closet..tired of wasting my time getting on only to see same numbers..so guess its coming off in inches..i tried on my sept summer shorts..they are getting baggier..a good thing..and a way i can see whats going on..my jeans that im wearing now are getting so baggy ..almost hate to wear them when its to cold to wear shorts..but no since in buying another pair of jeans when i have a smaller size in closet waiting on them to fit...

today will be second day off..not sure if im gonna take two off in a row..or not..was going to..but actually i was thinkin i might be tired in middle of week an wouldnt have a day off coming..but then got to thinkin again..my week of riding starts on monday and ends on sunday..so my days off really starts today..i kno confussing this early in the morning...

well coffee latte was good..got bed made once again..geez why cant they invent a self making bed..or better yet sheets and blankets that dont have to be retucked almost every day..come on now..some of the stuff they invent now..a belt that you no longer have to buckle..o well..gave george day off..got crock pot out an put chicken in it for a change..put it on at 4am..an gonna let it cook till 8 or so..will be falling apart..an mmmmmmm ..so good to add to my and sisters salads..

well...HOPE EVERYONE HAS A GREAT MONDAY...and spring is getting closer to show off that new you...

for glen you were talking about llights on your bike...i use the bontrager ion 800 r for my front riding light..people see you coming 2-4 blocks away..its rechargeable...and for the back lite...i use bontrager flare r tail light...people get over in other lane when they pass me..as the back light about blinds you when you look straight at it..i have no problem with motorists when i ride outside ...they give me plenty of room..an both lights work great in day time as well...

once the weather changes for nicer warmer mornings...430am is when im headed out..can get most of my 15-20 miles in before most of the people are headed to work..after 6am...you gotta fight for your share of the road...
