Difficult weekend with grandkids over but survived to lose 100gms ! Hardest part drinking green tea while they sit in front of you eating chocolate and ice cream !!!
182.5 lb Lost so far: 13.4 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1517 kcal Fat: 52.00g | Prot: 79.88g | Carb: 184.60g.   Breakfast: Honey, Peanut Butter, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Golden Pancakes. Lunch: Fountain Sweet Fruit Chutney, Tomatoes, Fresh Ham (Lean Only Eaten), Coles Wholemeal & Grain Soft Wraps. Dinner: Woolworths Select Trail Mix, Blueberries, Fat Free Greek Yoghurt, Fried Mushrooms, Sour Cream, Green String Beans, Boiled Potato, Rump Steak. Snacks/Other: Peanut Butter, Honey, Tea with Skimmed Milk, Golden Pancakes. more...
