Heartrate 115-130 day 1. middle of walk, intense ankle/lower back burn. I thought 30min goal, might be too high. But last 6min was a bit better.
Heartrate 130-140 day 2. entire walk, more sweaty, a bit more out-of-breath, ankle and lower back pain slightly less than Day 1.
