One week of watching my calories and minimal workouts... and my weight has not budged. A little disappointing but I do feel really good for watching my calories :) Maybe this next coming week I'll subtract another 100 cals off my daily total to help boost my weight loss? That would bring me down to 1700 cals for the day. Not at all un-achievable. Plus, I am starting the Body by Vi 90 day challenge, so I'm really excited about that and can't wait to see the results :)
