Losing steadily- wish i noticed a difference in the mirror!! Guess that will happen over time. Its so hard to believe I had gained so much weight over the past few years- amazing how quickly that can happen to some of us.It makes it so difficult to lose. I'm getting into a routine and need to stay with it. Not just until my "goal weight" but need a better nutritional plan long term so I dont have to do this huge project again.
