330.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 100.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

If it goes like most diets you'll see 4 lbs in the first week then it will start tailing off. you get that first bump and think it's easy but it's mostly water weight. 1-2 lbs a week is exceptional. even that will tail off. Remember pounds are easy, anyone can lose (and gain) pounds. If you change your body composition changes then you're on a long term plan. Remember you eat crap, you'll get bad results. Stay away from the fad diets. They're mostly not healthy long term.
