Bad mucle strain on my back :-( There goes my 5 mile run for today. Hope Im able to recover tomorrow. Its really upsetting to get a bad back on the day after a rest day. Keep being positive. Need to be careful with what I eat today and keep well within my RDI.


That sucks...hope it heals up soon so you can get back on the road. Nothing worse than when the motivation is there but an injury preventing you from executing

Yup. Gotta deal with it. Injuries are a part of exercise, I guess. I managed 2 painful miles today. I'll take it as I can and increase it as it eases out. Im getting my motivation from you and your dealing with your shin injury.
