I am totally psyched today. I didn't have a scale that would weigh me and today I got out the wii and it weighed me. I know I was near if not over 400lb and now I am 324lb even at my last dr visit i was 264lb (I was to embarrassed to update my weight here) So I know that I have lost at least 40lb. I am High on that today, What will tomorrow bring :-).
