Woke at 213.0, down 3.0 from yesterday. Drank lots of fluids overnight. Last full day in the hospital. All the numbers rocked this morning. Thanks for all the great support during my stay! UPDATE: Worked a full day as I felt great. Ate my three squares plus two bottles of Muscle Milk to get the calories up a bit. No IV drips today so I didn't pass much water until later in the day when I had a great several hour whoosh! Got a 206.2 weigh in before bed. I’ll take it! Keeping the same macros for March.
