another 2lb weight loss this week as expected from my calorie deficit.
need to note that high calorie day needs to be 1500, not 17-1800. make high calorie day sunday too rather than a friday so as not to skew weight loss weigh in figures on sunday morning.

1300 kcal Fat: 26.66g | Prot: 79.75g | Carb: 174.65g.   Breakfast: SO Organic British 2% Fat Semi Skimmed Milk, wholewheat biscuit wholegrain wheat cereal (weetabix). Lunch: hovis granary wholemeal, Light Spread - mild olive oil, beanz, orange squash. Dinner: orange squash, pataks korma sauce, naan, diced chicken breast. Snacks/Other: star mix. more...
