I've increased some fat in my diet and adding up calories to make sure I am eating up to my BMR and then gradually will decrease calories/add exercise so as not to shock my body. I go at most things with gusto and I'm sure my body knows now that "OMG, what's she up to now. Let's brace ourself and protect the fat in case she starves us again!" So time will tell how this higher fat/1700 calorie plan goes. In the past when I have increased fat, my calorie count was way down to like 1200 calories and then I was throwing in lots of walking/weights too....Okay...that's where I am at this week.....
154.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week

Thank you all for your support....higher fat, more calories is seeming to be working and this morning I did 20 minutes of floor resistance exercises...so we're just waiting and seeing!!! Best of luck in your fat loss too....I love reading your journals, techniques, and recipes and continue to learn more and more...
