Had my second weigh in and measurements tonight! I was down another 3 lbs! Not quite the 10 lbs from week 1, but still very encouraging! My favorite part of the night was my measurements. I was down another 7.75 inches from last week. Almost 14 inches from original measurements and almost 14 lbs in just 2 weeks! I know I wont keep loosing like this forever but it is so awesome to see such dramatic change in 2 weeks just from doing what I should have been doing for the past 12 years! Healthy organic foods, proper portion sizes, and EXERCISE!!!!! At 3 lbs a week I could make my goal weight in just 15 months. Looking forward to my workout tomorrow more than ever!
