This is the absolute worst... I hate this pre- op diet...They say I can have 1,200 calories however I'm so confused by these "guidelines". I'm so stressed about not going over or not being "right" .. My anxiety is through the roof!!! I feel like when I tell someone I've only eaten 618 ( 610my fitness pal) you should sit me down!! Not just tell me to re- read the guidelines I already don't understand. I left work early today because I just couldn't concentrate to function... and in my line of work that's not an option.

I really really really hope tomorrow is better; they say this is the worst part... They are 1,000,000,000,000 percent correct.
