Ok, time to start doing my journals consistently again. :) I had a good day today- stuck to my diet and didn't feel deprived. I didn't get in much exercise, but I tried to keep moving all day.

Today (Saturday) was my first attempt at dining out since my diet started, I gave myself a little leeway but mostly everything fit. Nice to know I do still have that option. I went to the new Sherlock Holmes movie with my friend Jake. We also snuck in dinner and quite a bit of shopping.

Not much else to report. Lucky me, its bedtime! :)
