fell off the diet cart tonite, ate out indian w/ hubbie, my daughter and her spouse. i haven't eaten indian in years. very good very spicy. indulged a bit wasn't as disciplined as i should have been. screw writing the calories down. most of this stuff isn't fc i'm sure but it was very yummy i'm totally not used to eating this rich food. i'll be glad to get back to the salads. total indigestion now......plus side we had a good time and chatted and all got along that was nice.

Screw it -family, friends, enjoyment! I call them vacation days. I go all out and look at me now.. having to seriously think how I'm going to MAINTAIN my weight as I find it hard now to eat enough!!!! Breaks give you fortitude for the week of abstinence
