well :) my WII told me I am back in the normal range and no longer overweight. I am very pleased about that. Now to get rid of at least 10 to 15 more pounds.
135.1 lb Lost so far: 16.9 lb.    Still to go: 15.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
