BBBBBRRRR...goood saturday morning...from 65 yesterday to 33 this morning an a wind chill of 20..wind is a blowin an has been most of the night..winter is back for a few days looks like...

went to doctor yesterday just for a check up..blood pressure was down..138/82..nurse said it was good...last year it was higher..more stress, not eating as healthy as i do now..an had my sugar that i thought i couldnt live without...tomow marks one month sugar free..as far as having sugar/candy...an i dont even miss it anymore..a really great feeling of being off candy..

rode bike yesterday an did 11.1 miles in 43 min..felt great after ride..didnt even have protein shake an bannana...an usually i do..plan is to ride again today..get my miles in for the week..be a windy cold day outside if i had to ride outside today...brr...makes me cold thinkin about it..lol..

gonna have cheese burger bake today..got it thawing out from being stored in freezer for lunch..something different then salad..made my own salad dressing yesterday..took sour cream, mustard, onion flakes, hot sauce, an added water to thin it down..came out great for salad dressing...even nutritionists thought it had a great taste when she dropped by...

well gonna get up an weigh in ..record it on calendar an then pour my tea into the heavy cream ..have my tea latte...im already for breakfast..but tummys just gonna have to wait for couple of hours yet..

16.3 miles....60 min...rode in london uk...smaller hills..but enough to get a tiring bike ride in...

thanks tim and sandy...before i got off the sugar..bp was running around 146/74..so im thinkin less sugar made a difference in the reading...
