Today, I really wished that I could work out, but this stupid pain in my chest kept me tethered to my bed. Boo!

1612 kcal Fat: 38.68g | Prot: 108.31g | Carb: 211.16g.   Breakfast: Light Reduced Calorie Pancake Syrup, Turkey Bacon, Egg White, Egg Yolk, Multigrain Bread, Espresso Coffee, Fat Free Cinnamon Vanilla Creme Creamer, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A). Lunch: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Sweet Potato (Without Skin, Cooked, Boiled), Diavolo Hot & Spicy Pasta Sauce, ground beef 93/7, angel hair pasta. Dinner: boston market mashed potatoes, Macaroni & Cheese, Garlic Dill New Potatoes, Cornbread, 1/4 White Rotisserie Chicken (no Skin). Snacks/Other: Low Fat Ice Cream Sandwiches - Chocolate. more...
