DIDN'T POOP FOR THREE DAYS 😭
197.4 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Tea! I don't recommend laxatives even the "natural" ones, but there's a tea from Traditional Medicinals called Smooth Move that has a pleasant flavor and helps me. I suffer from what my GI calls a "slow colon" so three days without a bowel movement is about normal for me.
