I'm good...till supper time.I gotta stop the excuses.Birthday party.Lent coming...I can eat that piece cake.for I can't during lent.my weight yo yo up and down.I gotta work on this harder.I have been walking that don't seem to help.so as usual I eat to much.yet it's hard when I'm hungry.
