Since starting a new job, I haven't been diligent with recording my calories and I haven't been exercising, except for all the walking I do at my job. I've managed to not gain any weight, despite my exhausting schedule. Hoping now that training is done and my schedule is more consistent, I can get back into a healthy routine again.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
