I started no carbs, only chicken and soy products, plus fruit and veggies diet since jan 10. I already see results. I'm not feeling starving not full neither. So I still have energy to work out.
120.6 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 15.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.1 lb a week

Good for you! I'm also really watching my carb intake. I'm not excluding them but I'm watchful! I'm also noticing a huge perk in my energy levels. I use to dread waking up early in the am to workout...now I hear the alarm and I'm up! I eat my meals and I'm not really snackish. I love it! I feel great! You keep up the great work!
