The past two days have been tough pms cravings have been making me splurge at night still staying under my calories but don't feel very good about it. Also I feel extremely worn out but if I don't go to the gym for at least 30 minutes I mentally feel like crap. I need my 7 month old to sleep through the night so I can get some adequate sleep.
180.5 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
