Egad! Just when I think I have it under control I eat a cinnamon raisin bagel and all hell breaks loose!@ I had a terrible couple of days and ate like I was going into hibernation. Now I am going to try harder than ever. I don't want to go to my 55th High school reunion in June with any extra weight! I know I don't look like a teenager anymore, but I don't want to look like a fat old lady.

I think Diehard, you have left off eating enough protein. That and your fats will keep you from going off plan. I bet that doggone cinnamon raisin bagel was good. ;) Now you start over and begin again. You can do this again. We both can.

I've been through a similar struggle lately, so I sympathize! I like Mom2's idea here - more fat and protein and the carbs won't be as tempting. But I know you know what to do!
